Select Video Driver

When starting the program for the first time you may get an error message "Could Not Load Video Driver", click OK and proceed on. From the main program menu select Settings, Video, Select Video Driver, and select a different video driver to use by highlighting it and clicking OK in the dialog box. Try using the recommended video drivers since they work best. If after trying all the video drivers and there still is no live video check if the camera is plugged in, or try running a  different video program to verify the driver works e.g. vidcap32.exe. More Information: Set Video Driver, Startup with Video Driver.

Backup Configuration

After finalizing the configuration you want, you can use menu item, Help, Backup Restore Configuration Files. Do after you have installed your license files and complete configurations above. If necessary later you can automatically restore the saved configuration, or manually copy them back from directory c:\program files\site monitor\backup to the main Video Monitoring Software program directory. Useful if upgrading program, or desired configuration gets mis-configured.
