System Requirements for Web Mode Use

The program Video Monitoring Software Web Server is running along with and at the same time
as the Video Monitoring Software program. Video Monitoring Software Web Server provides an interface between
the Video Monitoring Software Program and the Internet, therefore it is required for
Web Mode Use. See menu item Help Documentation, in the Video Monitoring Software
Web Server program on
how to configure and use it.
Video Monitoring Software (Video Monitoring Software) program and components are installed and running on the
local computer.
Video Monitoring Software is running in Web Mode.
The local computer has an email program like Outlook Express (recommended)
properly
configured and working on the system, for the email alarm feature to
work.
That directory c:\monitor exists.
If accessing from the Internet, the computer is logged on to the
Internet, so it can be found on the Web for
remote use.
For users with dynamic IP address, a Video Monitoring Software program feature called Upload
IP can be used to find your computer and your running copy of Video Monitoring Software
on
the Internet.
You have web space on the internet where you can FTP Upload Video Files.
It is the users responsibility for insuring their communications system and
Internet connection are persistent, and that their computer is accessible from the
Web.
