Set Sound Alarm on Camera 1

Assumes Video Monitoring Software is in Web Monitoring Mode, and that scanning is enabled on cameras 0, and 1. Both cameras have Min Frames=5, and Max Frames=20. And that under Define Alarm Conditions that no alarms are already set.

Procedure:
Define Alarm Conditions
Enable Sound Alarm

From the Video Monitoring Software Program Administration web page:

Under heading Define Alarm Conditions, Enable Camera 1 by inputting 1, click enter. Beside it make Motion Detected Frames=7, click enter. Make Time Interval=30 click enter.

Under heading, Enable Alarm Type, make Enable Sound Alarm=1, click enter.

(Also make sure that, Activate Alarms and Capture, has been set.)

Wave your hand in front of camera 1 for about 30 seconds.

Result:
A sound alarm occurs over the speakers of your computer.

Select command,  Enable Sound Alarm=0, click enter since we are now finished with the alarm.

Select command, Get Video Monitoring Software Program Status. Read the status. It should read, Alarm Sound=1, Alarms Camera 1=1, and no other alarms have occurred. This confirms sound alarm for camera 1 worked.

Under Status also see that Camera 1 Alarm Enabled=1, Camera 1 Frames Alarm=7, Time Interval=30, which confirms that the settings we entered were accepted.
