Other Items
Do not use video/display power save options on your PC when running Video Monitoring Software.
Rather dim your display, or manually turn off your monitor. Else your video card
might stop, and hence Video Monitoring Software could stop capturing video.
Be sure to use the most recent DirectX video drivers for your operating
system, otherwise your video drivers may not work correctly. DirectX runtime, is
available from Microsoft web site.
Using a good compressor during monitoring and capturing, increases the speed
of video switching or multi camera scanning.
If using just one camera, recommend do not enable scanning since some skip
frames on switch will occur and hence some lost frames.
Under Scan Settings, one camera must always be enabled, otherwise the program
will automatically enable the Default Camera. Even if all cameras are disabled
during remote access.
