Activate Alarms and Capture

Activates any enable alarms and capture. In order for alarms and capture to happen, they need to be activated else they will not happen. First enable the alarm or capture, then activate them here with this command.

Once you activate/arm the system, be sure to do a Save Configuration, so activation will remain in place if  after the program or computer restarts.
