Record to Separate Files Menu Location: Settings - Global Settings Enables recording to separate files for each camera. So each camera makes its own video file, with file name like ....CAM4.AVI . Otherwise all video is recorded into one file, with file name like ....ALL.AVI. Recording to one file is useful for remotely reviewing video files so only one file needs to downloaded and reviewed, rather than many. Record to Separate Files is only effective with Monitor Mode, and is not used in Record Mode where recording is to separate files always.
